Class Descriptions

Introduces the fundamentals of poses, breath and relaxation techniques, and pose sequences.  All levels welcome.

Brings poses and breathwork into flowing sequences, increasing cardiovascular and strength benefits.  beginning arm balances and inversions.

Quicker paced flow sequences, deeper exploration of arm balances, inversions, and bandhas.

A style of yoga that promotes deep tissue release and joint opening, with deep, long-held poses.  All levels.

A moderately paced class that combines the best of Yin and Vinyasa yoga.  Basic knowledge of yoga suggested.

This class is taught in adherence to the tradition and principles of Joseph Pilates.  Designed to lengthen and tone muscles, while burning fat, it places special emphasis on the "core". 

Emphasizes deep breathwork and gentle stretches to help relieve physical and mental stressors.

A fun-filled, creative, high energy class, that uses poses and stretches to help children become more self-aware and focused

  • Rise and Shine
  • A lively, energizing, Vinyasa style class, done in a warm room to prepare for the day ahead.  Class ends with a brief seated meditation.

All yoga classes are 65 minutes.
All Pilates classes are 1 hour.
